Pedals

If you are unhappy with your new pedal, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund.  You may still return the pedal within 14 days of purchase, but there will be a 10% restocking fee if not contacted within the first 48 hours.  All returns must be pre-authorized and in new condition to be accepted for a refund.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

There are no returns on international sales.

Pedals sold in the US carry a two year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.  Owner will be responsible to pay for shipping both to and from Chellee Guitars LLC.  Repair or replacement for covered failure under the sole discretion of Chellee Guitars LLC.

Instrument Repairs

All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days.  Any neck adjustments made may shift and settle within the first 2-3 weeks after adjustment.  Additional adjustment due to settling is included in original adjustment or setup cost, but must be performed within first 30 days to be free of charge.  If for any reason you are not happy with the way your instrument has been adjusted please contact us for further adjustment as instrument setup is a very personal and subjective matter.
